Seven and a half habits

Habit 1: begin with the end in mind easy
Habit 2: accept responsibility for your own learning easy
Habit 3: view problems as challenges easy
Habit 4: have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner easy
Habit 5: create your own learning toolbox sounds like bs
Habit 6: use technology to your advantage easy
Habit 7: teach/mentor others hard
Habit 7.5: play easy

Number 7 is hard because I have little patience with people who don't or can't do the other habits themselves.

Brian - Welcome to 23 Things!
I'm surprised that you chose "Teach/Mentor Others" as the habit you find difficult. You teach and mentor others every day through your leadership and your understanding of what it takes to continually evolve as an organization. You're a natural!

Hmm, interesting. I guess I like the Teach/Mentor Others part because I can enlighten folks who aren't and bring them over to the "dark side". ;)

Jaye is right - leadership roles are still teaching roles because you set the example (and hope others will follow).
